Internally, the product is equipped with a high-grade rubber diaphragm; this core component possesses excellent pressure and temperature resistance characteristics, enabling it to effectively withstand fluctuations in air pressure. The surface of the housing has successfully passed a 72-hour salt spray test, demonstrating a robust level of corrosion resistance. Regarding quality control, the manufacturer utilizes specialized equipment—including high/low-temperature test benches, endurance testers, thickness gauges, and surface roughness testers—to rigorously inspect components, thereby ensuring the consistent quality of the final product. Furthermore, upon request, the manufacturer can provide high/low-temperature and endurance test reports specific to each production batch.
