  • Q: What is your product MOQ?

    A: We have a quick response mechanism for small orders, offering a fast response for MOQ of 50 units and above. Smaller minimum order quantities can also be negotiated to meet the needs of different customers.

  • Q: Which markets do your products mainly export to?
    A: Our products are exported to more than 30 countries and regions worldwide, including the United States, the Middle East, Europe, South Korea, Australia and Canada. We provide products and services for OEM customers and also meet the needs of aftermarket customers.
  • Q: How is the cargo transportation arranged?
    A: We are close to Shanghai and Ningbo Ports, so ocean freight is mainly adopted for convenient and efficient delivery. For urgent orders, we can also arrange air freight via Ningbo or Shanghai Airport.
  • Q: What payment terms do you accept?
    A: Trade terms (such as FOB, CIF, etc.) will be confirmed when quoting. For mass production, we usually require a 30% advance payment, with the balance paid before shipment. We mainly accept T/T, and L/C is also available upon negotiation.
  • Q: How do you guarantee product quality?
    A: We implement full-process quality management. Inspections are carried out after each process, and finished products undergo 100% final inspection in accordance with customer requirements and international standards.
    We are equipped with an advanced laboratory featuring testing equipment such as salt spray test, fatigue test, coating thickness gauge, smoothness tester, and high & low temperature testing equipment. This ensures comprehensive monitoring of chemical composition, mechanical properties, nondestructive testing and geometric dimensions, delivering high-quality products.
  • Q: What is the company scale and staffing structure?
    A: The company currently has more than 80 employees, including 10 professional technical personnel.
  • Q: What is your company’s production capacity?
    A: We have 6 energy-saving and eco-friendly modern production lines and 3 automatic assembly machines, with a daily assembly capacity of 2,500 units. We can meet the needs of both large-volume orders and small-batch orders.
  • Q: Can your products adapt to and meet the requirements of corresponding markets?
    A: Yes. We provide different thread options and various accessory solutions for different markets and customer needs to meet market demands.
  • Q: Do you support customized production?
    A: Customized production is our core business. We can develop and manufacture products according to your drawings or samples.

    A: Our products are widely used in various fields, mainly including trailers of major domestic and international brands, light trucks, electric trailers, concrete mixer trucks, engineering vehicles and agricultural machinery vehicles.
  • Q: What are your main products?
    A: We specialize in chassis parts, manufacturing complete spring brake chambers as well as related aluminum and iron components.
  • Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
    A: We are a brake system manufacturer with independent production capacity. We have an international sales department and provide one-stop services covering production to export.
