T20 2.25" Universal Standard Brake Chamber

The T20 is suitable for the braking systems of a wide range of light-to-medium-duty vehicles. This model features a standard stroke of 2.25 inches (57 mm), and its air inlet is designed with M16 threading, ensuring a precise and seamless connection with standard air line systems. In terms of performance, the product adheres to a standard operating air pressure of 10 bar and remains fully functional within a temperature range of -40°C to +80°C, thereby guaranteeing stable operational performance even in frigid environments.
Internally, the product is equipped with a high-grade rubber diaphragm; this core component possesses excellent pressure and temperature resistance characteristics, enabling it to effectively withstand fluctuations in air pressure. The surface of the housing has successfully passed a 72-hour salt spray test, demonstrating a robust level of corrosion resistance. Regarding quality control, the manufacturer utilizes specialized equipment—including high/low-temperature test benches, endurance testers, thickness gauges, and surface roughness testers—to rigorously inspect components, thereby ensuring the consistent quality of the final product. Furthermore, upon request, the manufacturer can provide high/low-temperature and endurance test reports specific to each production batch. Additionally, the product comes with a 12-month quality warranty, and prior to mass production, product uniformity is verified through a comprehensive drawing confirmation process.
